2nd Mathematics Webinar

Advances on Differential Games and Connections With Other Scientific Fields

In many scientific fields, differential games are problems related to the analysis of conflict and strategical interactions in the model of a dynamical system. In time, related mathematical tools and models have been intensively studied focusing on all the aspects concerning “dynamics” in a broad sense. In compliance of this aim, by this Webinar, we are going to explore various aspects of differentiable games and in dynamics models promoting very interesting applications to various scientific fields. We believe the mathematical community will benefit from this meeting.

Introduction
Bio
Prof. Dr. Giovanna Bimonte is Assistant Professor in Mathematical Methods in Economics, Finance and Actuarial Science at the University of Salerno since 2009. She obtained the title of PhD in Mathematics for Economics and Finance in 2006 at the University of Naples "Federico II". She is a member of Unione Matematica Italiana (UMI), European Mathematical Society (EMS), Association for Mathematics Applied to Social and Economic Sciences (AMASES) and Laboratory of Experimental Economics (LABESS) at the University of Salerno. She teaches undergraduate and doctoral courses at the University of Salerno. Her main research interests concern Game Theory, both cooperative and non-cooperative, applied to many problems in economics especially related to the environment; recent research interest is also focusing on experimental economics and its applications to the classroom approaches, with the research group of Mathematical Education at the University of Salerno. She organized international conferences, gave seminars and talks in several international conferences.
